Digital print for running on various textiles for Women's, Spring 2018
Creative direction:
Create a multicolour print that captures the energy of running and drives interest
after the winter season. A print that embodies the energy going into a new year
and fresh motivation for being outside and active.
Execution:
Artwork created using a combination of abstract paper collages, cut in strips
and manually assembled with digitally layered textures and black/white contrast
imagery. This process was repeated to create various options, artworks then
scanned, combined and finalized in Photoshop. The combination of digitally blurred
areas, sharp lasercut lines and contrast colours generates depth and movement.
